As a Human Resource Consultant, Françoise is a major contributor to the field of Organizational and Individual Development in Canada. Her specialties include coaching, design and delivery of learning programs, human resource strategy development, leadership development and team building.

Françoise holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Ottawa and a Masters' in Adult Education from l'Université de Montréal. She has a post-graduate certificate in coaching from The Coaches Training Institute located in San Rafael, California and is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). As a faculty member at Queen's University’s prestigious Centre for Industrial Relations, she presents on strategic HR issues. She is also a visiting faculty member at the Adler School of Professional Coaching.

Françoise has extensive North American experience; in Europe, she has worked in Sweden, Finland, France, Ireland and the United Kingdom. She is fluent in both French and English.
